Our Story
The journey of Pono E Ntle Projects began with the ambition and determination of Tshiamo Mokau – a young entrepreneur driven by hands-on industry experience and a passion for youth development.
From working within the construction and renovation industry to representing leadership and youth empowerment on international platforms such as the Asia World Model United Nations in Bali, Tshiamo’s journey reflects resilience, vision, and purpose.
As Chairperson of the Mogwase Youth Chamber of Commerce, he recognised the importance of creating opportunities for young people through business, skills transfer, and sustainable development.
